The karmic journey of Praveen Awate has derived much from a sublime juxtaposition of the rural areas of Maharashtra , Madhyapradesh and the metropolis Mumbai. The seeker, the artist, the architect and the human have found their inspirations in a deep sense of realism, a perpetual belief in divinity and a discerning eye for creation.
Whist much of the last three decades have been spent in nourishing an architectural practice of repute in Mumbai, the unpolluted landscape of the Praveen’s native villages sowed the seeds of exploring nature and developed a faith in the simpler things that life has to offer.
